You can prevent the backache problem by improving your physical condition and following certain steps.

You should do light exercise regularly. Regular exercise increases the strength of your bones and muscles. Exercise allows your muscles to function better. If you have a backache problem then you should first consult the doctor about which exercises you can try.

Excess body weight puts extra pressure on your back. You should maintain a healthy weight to prevent this problem.

 Researches found that smoking increases the risk of lower back pain. Quitting smoking will reduce the risk of lower back pain.
